bondarPass Secrets Manager browser extention helps you manage your websites logins, passwords, private secrets and personal sensetive data in one vault. bondarPass can be used on any mobile device or on your browser. bondarPass offers multi-layered protection and security for your personal data. To access bondarPass, you must first create a valid master password. If you forget your master password, you cannot reset it and create a new one. bondarPass does not store your master password. It is only known to you. In browser extension if you have backed up your vault data, you can import the data while creating a new password. You can also configure bondarPass to automatically save and autofill websites login username and passwords.


bondarPass mobile version is available in App Store on iPhone or iPad or Play Store on Android devices.




Save passwords in bondarPass

bondarPass can save your usernames and passwords for various categories, so you don’t have to remember them. For Websites category you can also use Autofill / Autosave functionality.

Add a new category

  1. Click on Passwords menu item

  2. Click on Edit in Password Manager

  3. Click on Add in Password Categories

  4. Fill category fields and click Save


Add username and password

  1. Click on Passwords menu item

  2. Click on desired category in Password Manager

  3. Click on Add on next screen

  4. Fill category item entries and click Save.


Update username and password

  1. Click on Passwords menu item

  2. Click on category in Password Manager

  3. Click on item on next screen

  4. Change item data and click Save.


Autosave username and password


When you visit a website that requires you to sign in to your account bondasrPass will ask if you want save your user name and password. The next time you visit the site, bondarPass will fill in your account info. Please note, some websites are not accessible by Autofill / Autosave. You can always save username / password manually and use copy / paste functionality.
  1. Turn on AutoSave in Settings

  2. Click on Passwords menu item

  3. Click on Websites category in Password Manager

  4. Click on your website name and navigate to login page

  5. Wait until you see bondarPass icon on the right site in login and password fields
    On some websites you may need to click on username or password to see the icon.

  6. Enter your website login and password and Submit the page

  7. Click Yes in bondarPass Autosave popup

Your web browser might also ask to save your passwords. To disable your browser's password manager use your browser settings.

Autofill username and password


When you visit a website previously saved in bondarPass password manager, bondarPass will fill in your account info for you. Please note, some websites are not accessible by Autofill / Autosave. You can always save username / password manually and use copy / paste functionality.
  1. Turn on AutoFill in Settings

  2. Click Websites in Password Manager

  3. Click on your website name

  4. When the website appear, navigate to login page

  5. Your saved username and password fields will be automatically populated

We do not support the following websites formats yet:

  • a Flash or SilverLight site
  • a form with a virtual keyboard (an on-screen keyboard).
  • a page with a captcha code

Save data in Secure Vault

Use default items like wallet, membership, gym, etc.. or add custom category. All your data reside on your device.

Add a new category to secure vault

  1. Click on Wallet menu item

  2. Click on Edit in Vault Manager

  3. Click on Add in Secure Vault/p>

  4. Add Category and Entity name/p>

  5. Fill Field name and click +

  6. Click Save when all your fields are entered


Add a new item to category

  1. Click on Wallet menu item

  2. Click on Edit in Vault Manager

  3. Click on item on next screen

  4. Click on Add on next screen

  5. Fill Category Item entries and click Save


Update category item

  1. Click on Wallet menu item

  2. Click on Edit in Vault Manager

  3. Click on item on next screen

  4. Change item data and click Save

bondarPass comes with FREE, Premium and Family plans. FREE plan users can install bondarPass app on a single device, while Premium and Family plan members can login on multiple devices and share data with other members. For Premium and Family plans, bondarPass is using Apple and Google in-app purchase depending on device.

Subscriptions

When you start your subscription to bondarPass, you can manage your subscription with Apple or Google like:
  1. See when your subscription will renew automatically

  2. Choose monthly or annual billing

  3. Cancel your subscription

Upgrade to Premium or Family plan

  1. Click on Account menu item

  2. Click Upgrade on the top of the screen

  3. Select a plan and follow instructions

Invite a member to Premium or Family plan

User who subscribed to bondarPass (Administrator) can invite 1 member for Premium and up to 5 members for Family plans.
  1. Click on Settings menu item

  2. Click Subscription Members

  3. Click Add on top of the screen

  4. Fill member name and email address and Click Save

Share data with members of the plan

  1. Click on Passwords or Wallet menu item

  2. Navigate to item details you wish to share

  3. Click Save on top of the screen

  4. On the following screen select members and click Share

bondaPass Browser Extension


To install bondarPass extension on your browser, click Install bondarPass Now on home page. Next time you open one of your browsers, bondarPass extension wiil be ready to work. if installation is sussessful, you will need to register by clicking on bondarPass teal icon  in toolbar. For your protection, you will need to Sign every time you open your browser.

To Sign in to bondarPass using the installed web browser extension, do the following:

if Sign in is sussessful and your vault is empty, bondarPass will automatically create a default vault for you. You can change it any time later.
  1. Open your browser

  2. In your web browser toolbar, click the bondarPass red icon .

  3. In the Email Address box, type your email address that is associated with your vault.

  4. In the Master Password box, type your Master password.

  5. Click Sign In.
    if Sign in is sussessful the bondarPass icon turns green in the browser toolbar

Using bondaPass Menu

  1. Sign in to bondarPass

  2. In your web browser toolbar, click the bondarPass green icon which opens bondarPass Menu popup window.

Managing bondarPass data


Logins Credentials and Secure Notes dashboard alows you to view, add, edit or remove your vault entries
  1. Sign in to bondarPass

  2. In your web browser toolbar, click the bondarPass green icon which opens bondarPass Menu popup window.

  3. To open Login Credentials dashboard, select and click Login Credentials on bondarPass Menu window.

  4. To open Secure Notes dashboard, select and click Secure Notes .

  5. To import CSV or XML file into bondarPass, select and click Import on bondarPass Menu window.

  6. To export data from bondarPass, select and click Export .

Adding login credentials manually

  1. Sign in to bondarPass

  2. Open Login Credentials dashboard

  3. Click Add Credentials .

  4. To use default value, click on the dropdown arrow and select Category and Title .

  5. To add new a category or title, enter values in the textbox

  6. In the Email Address box, type your email address that is associated with your vault.

  7. In the Website address box, type a valid location starting with http://

  8. In the Username box, type website username.

  9. In the Password box, type website password.

  10. Click Save.

Remember website login credentials


When you visit a website that requires you to sign in to your account like an email, banking, or shopping site bondasrPass will ask if you want save your user name and password. The next time you visit the site, bondarPass will fill in your account info.

    Password saving is turned on by default, but here's how to turn it on or off:

  1. Sign in to bondarPass

  2. Open bondarPass menu

  3. Click on Save Password rounded checkbox to enable or disable automatic saving.

  4. if Save Password is enabled, go to the your web site, enter your account credentials and submit the page which will open bondarPass Autosave popup. Enter or all requested fields and click Save.

  5. Your web browser might also ask to save your passwords. To disable your browser's password manager use your browser settings.

Autofill website username and password

To Remove Login Credentials

  1. Sign in to bondarPass

  2. Open Login Credentials dashboard

  3. Click Delete .

To Remove Secure VNote

  1. Sign in to bondarPass

  2. Open Secure Notes

  3. Click on Delete button.

Import


  1. Sign in to bondarPass

  2. Open bondarPass Menu

  3. Select and click Import in the popup window.

  4. Select Import Type

  5. Select File format ( CSV or XML )

  6. Click Choose File.
    File can contain any columns or tabs, but bundarPass Import will validate and accept only specific column names
    for BondarPass Password: Category, Title, Url, Username, Password, Type
    for BondarPass Secrets: Category, Title, Url, Type, Item_1, Value_1, Item_2, Value_2 ...etc To import Passwords from Chrome, Firefox or Explorer you must save passwords files using browser tools. See How to save Chrome passwords to file<

  7. Click Submit.

Export


  1. Sign in to bondarPass

  2. Open bondarPass Menu popup window

  3. Select and click Export in the popup window.

  4. Select Valt Type

  5. Select File Format ( CSV or XML )

  6. Click Submit.

How to save Chrome passwords to a file


  1. Step 1: Export your data from Chrome

  2. Click the Chrome menu in the toolbar and choose Settings.

  3. Click Passwords.

  4. Click above the list of saved passwords and select “Export passwords”.

  5. Click “Export passwords”, and enter the password you use to log in to your computer if asked.

  6. Save the file to your desktop.

How to save Firefox passwords to a file


  1. Click on the menu button. to open the menu panel.

  2. Click Logins and Passwords...

  3. Click the Firefox Lockwise menu (three dots), then click Export Logins…..

  4. A dialog box will appear to remind you that passwords are saved as readable text. ...

  5. You can choose the file name and location where this exported data will be saved.

Sign out from bondarPass


bondarPass will automaticly sign you out if you close your browser. For security reason in case if your computer is stollen, we recommend that you Sign out from bondarPass after using the app.
